Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used at a time. Discount codes exclude Sale items and Fine Jewelry collections.
Which currency can I pay with?
We only accept two currencies at the moment : Euro on our international site and Danish kroner on our Danish site.
Where can I use my giftcard?
Giftcards can be used both online or in our shops. The giftcard is valid for 5 years after purchase.
Will the amount be withdrawn as soon as my order is placed?
The amount will only be withdrawn as soon as the order is shipped.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within the EU. For international orders, the cost will vary depending on your location. Shipping cost is automatically calculted at checkout.
How long do you take to ship an order?
It usually takes us 1 to 2 business days to ship an order. Note that in high demand periods, shipping times can be extended.
What are the delivery options?

How do I get my money refunded?
Your money will automatically be refunded on the account you used for your purchase. It takes 2 to 3 banking days to see the money back in your account after receiving the refund notification.
